The purpose of the position is to provide high-quality interpretation for medical and financial consultations from home, ensuring effective communication and breaking down language barriers. The interpreter will handle client inquiries with sensitivity and active listening, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in documentation.
What you’ll do
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience.
- Respond efficiently to all customer enquiries, both incoming and outgoing.
- Handle confidential customer data with the utmost care and respect for privacy.
- Facilitate clear communication between clients and professionals, ensuring all important details are understood.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in required systems, contributing to the effectiveness of the service.
What you’ll need
- Advanced English level (B2+ or C1).
- Ability to talk to people, be an active listener and have excellent communication skills.
- Proactive, responsible, empathetic and confident attitude.
- Have a computer with the following characteristics: i5 processor or higher – 8gb RAM or higher – 256gb SSD or higher. Excellent internet connection (preferably by cable), and Envolve 30 HEADSET or similar.
