The purpose of the Digital Agent position is to facilitate access to international mobility services for our clients in Asunción, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience in the use of our digital platforms. The agent will be responsible for providing customer support and attention, ensuring that all queries and requests are effectively addressed.
What you’ll do
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience.
- Respond to customer queries quickly and effectively, both in person and through digital channels.
- Assist customers in using the company’s digital platforms, guiding them through the international mobility process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update information in required systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and continually improve the customer experience.

- English level B2.
