The purpose of the Account Quality Analyst position is to ensure that the services offered meet established quality standards, optimizing the customer experience and improving internal processes. The analyst will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating and proposing improvements in operations to ensure customer satisfaction.


What you’ll do

  • Conduct quality assessments and audits on services provided to customers.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement in processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to implement changes and ensure service quality.
  • Provide feedback and training to staff on quality standards and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments and improvements implemented, ensuring transparency in processes.

What you’ll need

  • English level B2.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Proactive, responsible and empathetic attitude.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and management tools.
