The purpose of the Teledebt Collector position is to effectively manage outstanding customer accounts in the telephony and retail sector, ensuring debt recovery and maintaining a positive relationship with customers. The Teledebt Collector will be responsible for making follow-up calls, offering solutions and facilitating payment arrangements.
What you’ll do
- Make phone calls to customers to manage outstanding accounts and recover debts.
- Listen to and understand customer needs, offering appropriate solutions and payment alternatives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update information in required systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and facilitate the collection process.
